Config file with invalid version breaks the appliaction startup (DUV-28)

Setting an invalid or unsupported version in the config.xml file. Or trying to run the application on an old config xml breaks the application on startup. Repro

Edit config.xml and set an unsupported Star Citizen version.
Try opening DoUrVerse and it won't work
