[Launcher] Channel changelogs from version repository are not recognized (DUV-35)

The launcher incorrectly fetches version-0.4.4.1.md for version-0.4.4.1-dev.zip. The release channel dev is not considered when retrieving the changelog. See DoUrVerse.Launcher/Repository/RemoteRepository.cs. The version is used in the web request but doesn't include the channel.
