Users should be able to upload an share their control profiles

•  Add an upload button under Local profiles
•  Add an upload button under Keybinding screen
•  Add control meta data to profile settings (author, description and version of your control profile)
•  Add a field to mark a profile as "Featured" like profiles from BuzZz Killer
•  Add a field to store a unique identifier to each profile
•  Add the appropriate backend endpoints to handle an upload
•  Add a share link to download the profile from the backend
