[Profile] Add control profile upload and sharing (DUV-43)

Users should be able to upload an share their control profiles

Add an upload button under Local profiles
Add an upload button under Keybinding screen
Add control meta data to profile settings (author, description and version of your control profile)
Add a field to mark a profile as "Featured" like profiles from BuzZz Killer
Add a field to store a unique identifier to each profile
Add the appropriate backend endpoints to handle an upload
Add a share link to download the profile from the backend
