[Keybinding] Hold actions does not respond to keybinding (DUV-44)

mRt on Discord writes

Somehow the app doesn't recognize/change any keybinds for actions that require a (HOLD) button. For example, I am not able to change "Weapons - Set to Max (HOLD)" (see bottom right) to Button 10
