This merge contains a truck load of changes including
New stuff:
- Integration with a webservice for convenient access to more content (like devices, control profiles etc)
- Added new utility https://device-configurator.dourverse.tools to create xml for new devices.
- Swapped the "Stock device" menu item for a combined list with stock devices and online devices
- Added tab for searching online profiles.
- Added profile list found in Star Citizen install folder (if one is set in the configuration)
Fixes
- Fixed launcher issues where it wouldn't update due to lost connection to main launcher process
- Fixed hovering a joystick keybind to point on the device
- Accepting a suggesting from the search bar now only shows that keybind. Also - clearing the search bar now correctly resets the search

Known issues
- Online profiles from BuzZz killer are currently not retrieved correctly.
